Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of drashraflectures.com and all courses, QBank, flashcards, e-books, community features, and counselling services offered by Dr. Ashraf Lectures ("we," "our," "us"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

Our platform is designed for medical students, interns, and practicing doctors preparing for FCPS, MRCS, and related professional examinations. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a purchase. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@drashraflectures.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Course Access & License

When you purchase a course, QBank subscription, flashcard set, or e-book, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access that content for your personal educational use only, for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

• You may not share your login credentials with anyone else.
• You may not download, screen-record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any video, PDF, question bank, or other course material.
• Access is limited to the account holder; simultaneous use by multiple people on one account is prohibited and may result in suspension.
• We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these restrictions are violated.

Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are payable via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or debit/credit card through our licensed third-party payment partners. We reserve the right to change course prices, run promotional discounts, or update our pricing structure at any time without prior notice; changes will not affect purchases already completed. Refunds are governed separately by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual Property

All course content, video lectures, QBank questions, flashcards, e-books, graphics, logos, and other materials on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Ashraf Lectures and are protected under applicable copyright law. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission.

User Conduct

When using our platform, community Facebook group, or communicating with our team, you agree not to:

• Share, pirate, or resell any course content in any form.
• Post abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or defamatory content toward staff or fellow students.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or non-public areas of the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Bangladeshi law.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Counselling Disclaimer

Academic and Psychological Counselling sessions offered through Dr. Ashraf Lectures are intended for general career guidance and supportive conversation only. They are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, psychiatric care, or emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a licensed professional or emergency service immediately.

Not Medical Advice

All course content is provided strictly for educational and examination preparation purposes. It is not intended to be, and should not be relied upon as, clinical or medical advice for the treatment of any patient. Clinical decisions must always be based on independent professional judgment, current guidelines, and supervision, not solely on materials provided through this platform.

Limitation of Liability

Our content is prepared with care, but we do not guarantee specific exam results, grades, or career outcomes from using our platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Ashraf Lectures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in piracy or unauthorized sharing of content, or misused the platform in any way. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Third-Party Services

Our platform may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card processors), YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including relevant provisions of the Information and Communication Technology Act, 2006 (as amended) and the Cyber Security Act, 2023. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Khulna, Bangladesh.
