Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy on refunds for courses, QBank, flashcards, e-books, and counselling sessions booked through Dr. Ashraf Lectures.
Last Updated: July 2026Overview
At Dr. Ashraf Lectures, we want every student to feel confident about their purchase. This policy explains when a refund is possible, when it is not, and how to request one. It applies to all courses, QBank subscriptions, flashcards, e-books, and counselling sessions purchased through drashraflectures.com.
Nature of Digital Products
Most of our products — video lectures, QBank access, flashcards, and e-books — are digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because access is granted immediately and content can be viewed, downloaded, or copied, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed, in line with standard practice across online education platforms.
Eligible for Refund
- Duplicate or failed payment — you were charged more than once for the same order, or money was deducted but access was never granted.
- Technical failure — you are unable to access purchased content due to a verified issue on our end, and our support team could not resolve it within 3 business days.
- Wrong course purchased — you accidentally bought the wrong course and report it within 24 hours of purchase, without having accessed any lecture, QBank question, or downloadable file.
- Course cancelled by us — if we cancel or permanently discontinue a course you purchased before you could complete it.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Any course, e-book, or QBank access that has already been opened, viewed, downloaded, or attempted, even partially.
- Purchases made during a discount, flash sale, or bundle offer explicitly marked as final sale.
- Change of mind after content has been accessed, or dissatisfaction with course difficulty, pacing, or personal exam outcome.
- Refund requests made more than 3 days after the original purchase date.
- A counselling session that has already taken place as scheduled.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within 3 days of purchase with the following details:
- Your full name and registered email or phone number.
- The transaction ID and payment method used (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or card).
- The course or product purchased, and the reason for your refund request.
- A screenshot of the payment confirmation, if available.
Send your request to support@drashraflectures.com. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket — typically processed within 3–7 business days.
- Debit / Credit Card — typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your bank once a refund has been initiated on our end.
Cancelling Before Access
If you complete a purchase but change your mind before accessing any part of the course, QBank, or e-book, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once any lecture is played, any QBank question attempted, or any file downloaded, the purchase is treated as accessed and becomes non-refundable under Section 4.
Counselling Sessions
Academic and Psychological Counselling sessions booked via WhatsApp are subject to the following:
- Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend without notice, are non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a payment, please contact our support team first so we can help resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider without first contacting us may result in a temporary suspension of your account while the matter is investigated, and may affect your access to purchased content.
